    This may be retarded ...but I am scratching my head on how the hell the drive line is setup

    yeah. Like older Saab's, its a longitudal engine with a transverse tranny. Very odd setup and a reason why they didnt last!. Basically a clusterfck tranny setup.
    Very unique, but I would shoot myself if I had to fix that fker in the future. Which is prob why its for sale in the first place

    btw..If u ever have taken a gander inside the engine bay of an older Saab, you will know that changing the belts and the wiper motor are conflicting task. Im just sayin

    Kinda reminds me of the early 90's mitsubishi eclipse GSX AWD Turbo.....

    Drop a screwdiver into the engine bay and never comes out the bottom
