    Filter : PF47e ?

About 200 miles ago I needed to do an oil change. So today I had time and went into WalMart. Scooped up my Valvoline oil and AC Delco filter. To my suprise the PF47 was a PF47e. Uh..ok. Same long part number.

I compared them and they are the same. No welded top like they seem to all be now, flat top, same thread, diameter and height.
Just a FYI I guess unless someone knows what they did differently. I dont see any differences tho

True. The filter media is allot less and cheaper made than some of the previous versions of the PH47. Or so i was told when i was at GM.

I like Wix (Napa gold is Wix) and Baldwin. In a pinch I'll use AC Delco without the e...lol
