    HOW do i remove the fan clutch?

    on my 2000 blazer the fan clutch will not come out, the big ass bolt will not break free, have a monkey wrench on it and keep hitting it left(pass side) and wont break free, and it keeps moving whats an idea to keep the pulley from turning?

    You can get a loaner tool to remove it at your local auto parts store.

    Glad to hear you already got it, but just for future reference if you have torches a little heat on the nut works wonder. You don't want to heat the entire nut up until it's glowing red or you'll ruin the seals in the pump. Just heat one of the flats on one side of the nut until it starts to turn red and it usually does the trick!

    Shoot...I was going to advise you to get a come along and manually remove the part in question...
